Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. There is no minimum order value.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

After your order ships, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of being placed.

No. We only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is not as described or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

Email us at support@lightloft.shop with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Bulb information is listed in each product's description and specifications. If a bulb isn't mentioned as included, please assume it is sold separately.

Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician following local building codes. Plug-in and battery-powered lights need no wiring.

Warm white (2700K–3000K) creates a cozy atmosphere for living rooms and bedrooms. Neutral (4000K) suits kitchens and workspaces, and cool white (5000K–6500K) gives bright, crisp task light.
